Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Fedelmente Rosa. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Items purchased at a discount of 30% off or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: undergarments, swimwear, accessories, and gift cards. All flash sales are FINAL SALE.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog/pet hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have their original tags still attached to be accepted.
We do not offer exchanges.
Return Instructions
Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items
Damaged and defective items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order along with receiving the wrong items. Please email us at info@fedelmenterosa.co and forward photos of any damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
